I have been seeing promos for TLC's "My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding" and I am TOTALLY intrigued. Knowing nothing about gypsies, I was shocked to see what kinds of weddings they have. Guess I have some kind of 18th Century idea of Gypsies still in my head. We don't really have anything like gypsies here in the US. I think Gypsies would be insulted if we equated them with Carneys... and maybe vice versa.
I found some pieces of the original show that aired in the UK, on YouTube. It's going to take everything in me not to watch all of it on the web. Will any of y'all watch with me?
